Job Summary:​
- Non-Certified Teachers at [School Name] play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education across various subjects for students in grades K-12. Key Responsibilities:
1. Instruction and Classroom Management:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and incorporate faith-based principles.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and address behavioral issues in a compassionate and effective manner.
2. Student Assessment and Support:
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Identify and address individual student needs, offering additional support or enrichment as necessary.
- Collaborate with school counselors and support staff to ensure the well-being of all students.
3. Curriculum Development:
- Assist in the development and revision of curriculum materials that integrate academic standards with Christian values.
- Participate in ongoing curriculum mapping and alignment efforts.
- Incorporate technology and other innovative resources to enhance learning experiences.
4. Professional Development and Collaboration:
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and pedagogical trends.
- Attend faculty meetings, school events, and participate in committees as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and share teaching strategies.
5. Faith Integration:
- Model and promote Christian values in all interactions with students, staff, and parents.
- Lead and participate in prayer, devotionals, and other faith-based activities within the school.
- Encourage students to develop their personal faith and integrate it into their daily lives.
6. Community and Parent Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and school events.
- Build positive relationships with parents, encouraging their involvement in the school community.
- Participate in school functions, open houses, and community outreach activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of subject matter and ability to teach across multiple grade levels.
- Commitment to the mission and values of a private/Christian educational institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Proficiency with technology and digital learning tools.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with duties that may extend beyond regular school hours, including evenings and weekends.
