  • Job Summary:

  • Non-Certified Teachers at [School Name] play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education across various subjects for students in grades K-12. These educators are responsible for creating a nurturing, faith-based learning environment that supports both the academic and spiritual development of students.   • Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Instruction and Classroom Management:

  •   - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and incorporate faith-based principles.

  •   - Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

  •   - Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

  •   - Maintain classroom discipline and address behavioral issues in a compassionate and effective manner.

  • 2. Student Assessment and Support:

  •   - Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.

  •   - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

  • 6. Community and Parent Engagement:

  • Qualifications:
